Knit the Lacy Adriata Tank

Start your summer with a little romance...and a little lace! 

FOUR Mondays from 6-8pm on the following dates: May 11th, June 1st & 22nd, July 20th 

The Adriata by Joji Locatelli is a romantic, lacy summer tank that will carry you through the warmest days in style, and serve as a cute layering piece under jackets in the spring/fall seasons.

This sweet knit works up quickly in DK weight yarn while still being weather appropriate, allowing for lots of airflow with the side panel lace details.

What you need to know and be comfortable completing without help from the instructor (or you're willing to learn before this class): Knit, Purl, knitting in the round

What you'll learn in this class: How to read and work lace charts, how to connect straps and panels to create shaped necklines

Required Materials:

Yarn: 416 to 1445 yards of DK weight yarn

Recommended yarns from the shop include: Malabrigo Verano, Cascade Ultra Pima, The Fibre Co. Road to China Light, Juniper Moon Farm Zooey, BC Garn Bio Balance (held doubled)

Needles:

• US 6 32" circular needles
• US 4 32" circular needles
• You will briefly need a second US 4 3.5 mm needle to work a tubular bind off.

Notions: stitch markers, waste yarn or barber cord, tapestry needle, scissors
