The perfect cardigan for a year-round statement!

SIX Tuesdays from 6-8pm on the following dates: May 5th, June 2nd & 23rd, July 14th, August 4th, Sept 1st

The Pressed Flowers Cardigan by Amy Christoffers has been making waves since it landed on the scene a few years ago! This timeless statement piece is the year-round wearable version of the popular Pressed Flowers mosaic motif.

Mosaic knitting is colorwork that doesn’t require you to carry multiple strands of yarn at once, and instead produces a fabric that is rich in texture and visual interest while not being as dense or warm as stranded colorwork.

This project is a great way to show off color-shifting or variegated yarns!

If you are a confident beginner or intermediate knitter who has already tackled a basic knit sweater, this is the perfect class to learn your new favorite technique!

What you need to know and be comfortable completing without help from the instructor (or you're willing to learn before this class): How to knit and purl in the round, how to knit in small circumference (Magic Loop, double point needles, or small circular). This should not be your first knitted garment, but it can be your first knitted cardigan.

What you'll learn in this class: How to knit mosaic charts, cardigan construction, how to make buttonholes, three-needle bind off
