Learn to knit colorwork in style!
FIVE Sundays @ 10am-12pm: Sept 20th, Oct 11th & 25th, Nov 8th, Dec 6th
Sari Nordlund's Lumme Sweater is the perfect introduction to colorwork garments. Circular yokes provide a flattering construction and a decorative moment that goes with every outfit.
The yoke pattern is addictive to knit and striking once worked up, with another hint of colorwork at the sleeves to tie it all together.
At a worsted weight, this sweater works up quickly and will be a beautifully warm addition to your closet, ready just in time to show off at the holidays!
What you need to know and be comfortable completing without help from the instructor (or you're willing to learn before this class): Knit, Purl, knitting in a small circumference, picking up stitches
What you'll learn in this class: How to knit stranded colorwork, how to knit a top-down circular yoke sweater construction, how to work German short rows
