Piopardo is a gorgeous, multicolored two-ply yarn made of Portuguese wool. It has a slight tooth that makes it perfect for lace, color work, or stockinette projects that benefit from structure.
Although Piopardo is categorized as a DK, we find that it works up most comfortably as a sport weight, but does bloom and soften a bit after blocking.
Notes: Hand-dyed yarn colors can vary between skeins and drastically between dye-lots. Please try to order all the yarn you will need to complete a project at once for the best color match between skeins.
