  • Optional: Bring a ball of yarn you’re unsure how to use to the workshop

What we’ll cover:

  • Examining a variety of swatches made with different fibers

  • Composition and characteristics of different fibers

  • How to identify and describe yarns

  • How to confidently choose yarns for patterns

  • How, why, and when to substitute, match & mix yarns

This class is intended for adults. We welcome our younger knitters in private lessons only. For inquiries, please reach out to breean@knit1chgo.com. Minimum enrollment of 2 students is required for class to take place.
