Class Policies
All class fees are non-refundable. If you have a conflict, you must notify us 48 hours before the start date of your first class to receive store credit. We will always do our best to help you reschedule, but it may not always be possible.
No store credit will be issued for unattended classes and no store credit will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date of the first class.
We put the health and safety of all our staff and community members first. If you have been exposed to Covid or you are feeling unwell, we ask that you please stay home.
We have a class minimum of 2 students, so it’s never a bad idea to sign up with a friend or two! If you are the only student that signs up for one of our classes, we will contact you ahead of time and issue a full refund if there is a cancellation on our part.
We understand that sometimes students need some extra help outside of class, so we offer Project Support and Private Lessons
For our students to get personalized attention we like to keep our class sizes small. For this reason we require students to sign up in advance for all of our classes, lessons, & project support sessions.
