We’ve got an awesome introductory intarsia project for you!

Learn all the tips and tricks of flat intarsia while you knit up a sweet accessory perfect for any season: the Two Of Daisies Lil Scarflette by Lindsay Degen.

The colorwork technique of intarsia can often seem intimidating, but this class will take you through everything you need to know to make the process simple and open you up to a world of colorful possibilities!

What you need to know: Knit, Purl, k2tog, p2tog, ssk, ssp, Long tail cast on

What you’ll learn: Flat intarsia, Straight, diagonal, and rounded intarsia shapes, bobbin making and management, following an intarsia color chart

Required Materials:

Yarn: 2 colors of sport or light DK weight yarn - approx 80 to 100 yds of each color used

Needles: US 3 (3.25mm) needles or size needed to get desired fabric

Notions: tapestry needle, scissors, stitch markers,

Optional Notions: highlighter tape or other way to mark rows in color chart, yarn bobbins (Keish will be teaching a bobbin-less technique and also how to use clothespins or yarn bobbins for the different colors)
