Take the next step in your knitting journey with this beginner-friendly project!

TWO Fridays from 6 to 8pm on the following dates: May 16th & 30th

The Rybka Pouch is the perfect beginner project for someone looking to add skills quickly, all while making the perfect functional accessory! Rybka means "little fish" in Polish, but this fun bag makes a big splash and holds as little or as much as you want.

Although it knits up quickly, this project includes increases, decreases, charts, and seaming techniques – all great basic techniques you can use for larger projects and garments.

Use this class to stash bust some sock yarn and mohair, or take advantage of this chance to grab that special skein you've been eyeing!

What you need to know and be comfortable completing without help from the instructor (or you're willing to learn before this class): How to knit and purl, how to cast on

What you'll learn in this class: crochet slip stitch, how to knit an i-cord, twisted rib, M1L and M1R increases, how to read a knitting pattern chart

Required Materials:

We hope you'll consider supporting us by purchasing your materials at Knit 1!
